Overview

We are looking for an Automation Engineer to support ongoing automation efforts and contribute to technology initiatives that improve efficiency and stability across the environment. This role will work within a collaborative engineering team and will be involved in enhancing and maintaining the automation platform while supporting project needs and day to day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Work on the ServiceNow and Ansible automation platform
Design, build, and maintain infrastructure technology solutions
Develop software components and support automation projects aligned with business goals
Provide solution design, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform support
Resolve common technical issues and modernize applications with updated technologies
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and developers to support project objectives
Analyze customer and project requirements and deliver effective technical solutions

Must-Have Technical Skills

Ansible
PowerShell
Chocolatey
Strong Windows environment experience

Preferred Skills

Experience with risk assessments
Solution and systems design
Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks
Exposure to machine learning concepts
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience supporting customer-focused technical solutions

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant hands on experience
