LEAD JAVA DEVELOPER

Required Skills

·        12+ years of experience in Java application development with strong technical leadership experience

·        Proven experience leading development teams in Banking/ Financial Services/Insurance/Wealth Management/Capital Markets environments

·        Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs

·        Experience designing and developing enterprise-scale distributed applications

·        Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, and Clean Code practices

·        Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization

·        Strong expertise in relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL

·        Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, MQ, or RabbitMQ

·        Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is preferred

·        Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies

·        Experience with application monitoring, logging, and observability tools

·        Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

·        Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities
