The ideal candidate will have experience installing,maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship while following all safety and plumbing code requirements.

WhatYou?llDo:
- Supervise and lead a team of plumbers on installation, repair, and service project
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily job site activities
- Ensure all workcomplies withapplicable plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Train andmentorapprentice and junior plumbers
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
WhatYou?llBring:
- Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience, with leadership orforemanexperience preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and local plumbing codes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple projects
- Valid plumbing license or certification, as required by local regulations
- Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record
