TLA Services is seeking talented and motivated
Network Engineers and Network Architects (Senior through Subject Matter Expert levels) to support mission-critical programs across the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. Our engineers design, implement, secure, and maintain complex enterprise and cloud network environments supporting national security missions.

False statements made in matters involving the U.S. Government may also carry civil or criminal penalties under applicable law."Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain enterprise and cloud-based network infrastructure
Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and network security appliances
Develop network architecture designs, implementation plans, and technical documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve network performance, connectivity, and security issues
Support hybrid cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments
Implement network security solutions including firewalls, VPNs, and Network Access Control (NAC)
Support routing and switching protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and ISIS
Implement Software Defined Networking (SDN) and network automation solutions
Collaborate with engineering teams, cybersecurity teams, and program leadership
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Support network modernization, cloud migration, and infrastructure optimization initiatives
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum experience based on level:
- Senior Level: 6+ years
- Expert Level: 11+ years
- SME / Architect Level: 16+ years
Experience designing and supporting enterprise network environments
Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS, STP, etc.)
Experience with network hardware such as Cisco, Juniper, or Palo Alto
Experience troubleshooting complex network issues
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, and network security principles
Ability to work independently and in team environments - Active TS/SCI clearance (w. Polygraph)
