Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead onsite support, administration, and maintenance of Warehouse Management System (WMS) applications.
- Coordinate with warehouse operations and technical teams to resolve system issues and optimize business processes.
- Monitor system performance, support testing, deployments, and production activities to ensure operational continuity.
- Provide user support, documentation, and process improvements to enhance warehouse system efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), application implementation, and production support in enterprise environments.

Technical Skills
|
Manhattan WMS, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Application Support, System Configuration, Production Support, SQL, Testing & Validation, Troubleshooting
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Business Process Improvement, Stakeholder Collaboration, User Support

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing and supporting enterprise Warehouse Management System solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in warehouse or distribution environments.
