Innovation Strategy Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Smithfield, RI that is seeking an Innovation Strategy Analyst.

Responsibilities:
* Lead discovery sessions with client-facing teams to identify and define high-value use cases
* Facilitate working sessions to capture workflows, business needs, and opportunities
* Translate inputs into structured artifacts, including use cases, process flows, and opportunity summaries
* Identify required content sources, dependencies, and key inputs to support use cases
* Define high-level feature and capability needs, including prioritization of critical vs. iterative enhancements
* Assess and articulate business impact through directional value and tradeoff analysis
* Drive alignment across stakeholders by clearly framing problems, opportunities, and recommended paths forward
* Support prioritization by synthesizing business need, value, and feasibility considerations
* Create and maintain standardized frameworks and approaches to scale discovery and prioritization efforts
* Develop clear materials to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders
* Partner closely with Product teams to transition work from discovery into execution

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 10 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, or product-related roles
* Experience working across cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and client-facing organizations
* Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead working sessions and engage subject matter experts effectively
* Ability to synthesize diverse inputs into clear, structured outputs (use cases, workflows, summaries)
* Experience documenting business needs and processes at a high level
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to assess tradeoffs and prioritize effectively
* Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable inputs for product teams
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to create concise, compelling materials
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
* Skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders across all levels
* Familiarity with AI concepts or emerging technologies is a plus
* Experience in workplace benefits or financial services is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
