SAP Technical Writer 
Location: Hybrid (Sacramento, CA )

Scope of Work
SAP Technical Writer to support an S/4HANA implementation project on a time & materials basis as a leased employee working closely with the project team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to understand business processes

• Develop business process documentation and process flow maps

• Use tools like Visio for process mapping

• Ensure process maps include steps, decision points, roles, and inputs/outputs

• Document and route processes for review and approval

• Work as part of the project team and follow assigned tasks

• Track work hours on a time and materials basis

• Follow organizational policies, confidentiality, and professional standards

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Technical Writer

• Experience creating process documentation, user guides, training materials, and technical documents

• Experience in at least one SAP project documenting business processes

• Knowledge of SAP ECC environment and modules

• Strong writing, editing, and documentation skills

• Experience with process mapping and documentation tools

• Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Desirable Qualifications

• Background working in SAP environments

• Experience with SAP ERP systems and cross-functional projects

• SAP Certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate)
