Summary
QNXT Configuration Analyst - Healthcare Payer / Data Migration
- Analyze IKA data structures, legacy configurations, code sets, business rules and data dependencies.
- Profile member, group, benefit, provider, claims, enrollment and other in-scope data domains.
- Develop source-to-target mapping specifications for migration into QNXT.
- Define data cleansing, transformation, crosswalk, defaulting and exception-handling rules.
- Identify data quality issues, duplicates, missing attributes and inconsistencies before migration.
- Validate target data structures, configuration dependencies and business rules.
- Support mock conversions, data validation, reconciliation, defect triage and production cutover.
- Strong understanding of enrollment, member, group, benefits, provider and claims data.
- Experience with source-to-target mapping, SQL, data profiling, ETL/ELT and data reconciliation.
