We’re searching for a Junior Business Analyst to join our client, a growing manufacturing company in the Shelton, CT area. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on ERP experience, work closely with a strong IT team, and grow your skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with ERP support and process improvement initiatives

• Document business requirements and system functionality

• Collaborate with internal teams and software vendors

• Conduct research to identify and improve key business metrics and produce Data Analytics

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in business analysis or similar role (manufacturing environment preferred)

• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics

• Strong analytical and communication skills
