Maximo MIO Technical Consultant - Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for a remote Maximo MIO Technical Consultant. The consultant should focus on the hands-on design, development, and implementation of data integration solutions from Maximo MRO IO to SAP and vice versa. This role requires strong technical expertise in SQL programming, Talend ETL/Python ETL processes, Rest APIs, RDBMS databases, and cloud platforms to ensure smooth data flow between MRO IO and SAP systems.

Core Responsibilities:
* Solution Architecture & Design: Design scalable and efficient data integration architectures, define data mapping, transformation logic, and ensure compliance with security, governance, and performance standards.
* Design and develop PL/SQL, TSQL scripts for data transformation
* ETL Development & Integration: Develop ETL Jobs using tools like Talend, create APIs and connectors for system interoperability
* Data Transformation & Quality: Apply data cleansing, enrichment, and validation rules; implement data quality checks and error handling mechanisms
* Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit, system integration, and UAT testing; Deploy MRO IO solutions to sand box and production environments following MRO IO practices
* Diagnosing and resolving integration failures and performance issues
* Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Document technical specifications, and configurations; Provide training and support to internal teams

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

Technical Skills:
* ETL Tools: Talend, Python ETL processes
* Programming: PL/SQL, TSQL, Python, Java (for API development)
* Data Formats: JSON, CSV
* Databases: SQL Server, DB2
* Cloud Platforms: IBM/Azure/ AWS/Google Cloud Platform
* Integration Patterns: Batch

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
