A leading financial services organization is seeking a Technology Resilience Project Coordinator to support enterprise technology stability, recovery readiness, and operational improvement initiatives. This role will join a team focused on strengthening technology resilience through coordinated recovery planning, disaster recovery activities, operational reporting, and collaboration across technical groups.

The ideal candidate will work closely with infrastructure, cloud, application, database, cybersecurity, and support teams to help drive resilience initiatives forward. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to programs that improve operational maturity, enhance recovery capabilities, and support executive-level visibility into technology risks and improvements.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Coordinate technology resilience, disaster recovery, and recovery testing initiatives across multiple technology teams.
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, action items, and delivery commitments to support successful program execution.
• Participate in technical discussions with infrastructure, cloud, application, database, network, storage, and cybersecurity teams.
• Support recovery planning activities, resilience assessments, incident follow-ups, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, reports, and communications that translate technical information into business-focused insights.
• Assist with ServiceNow reporting, workflow improvements, operational metrics, and resilience program visibility.

Are you an experienced technology project coordination professional ready to make an impact?

• 3-5 years of experience supporting technology projects, operations, infrastructure, production support, disaster recovery, cloud operations, application support, or technology program initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, including servers, databases, networking, storage, cloud platforms, backup/recovery technologies, and enterprise applications.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and tracking project deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ability to understand technical discussions and translate complex information into clear documentation and executive communications.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, reporting, and presentation development skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, workflows, or operational metrics is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
