Job Title: Product Manager With EHR

Job Description

• Serve as a member of the Steering Committee and Core Project Teams.
• Act as the assigned technical lead for the School Based Services EHR project.
• Coordinate with DVHA, ADS, Agency of Education, Local Education Agencies (LEAs), EHR vendors, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and support to EHR IT Analysts and EHR Implementation Leads.
• Oversee data migration and integration interfaces between the EHR system and other applications.
• Guide Agile and Hybrid project methodologies and promote best practices.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, risks, complexity, and sizing of project initiatives.
• Support infrastructure and platform decisions and maintain release management processes.
• Maintain overall quality of technical solutions and mentor technical resources.
• Identify technical debt, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Work with vendors on technical investigations, evaluations, and prototypes.
• Monitor vendor performance with business and project leadership teams.
• Coordinate system documentation and training materials.
• Lead technical design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Provide weekly status reports and ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Product management and technical leadership experience on enterprise projects.
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation experience.
• Data migration and system integration expertise.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Agile and Hybrid project methodologies.
• Technical architecture, infrastructure, and release management experience.
• Ability to evaluate technical risks and recommend solutions.
• Experience leading software design, testing, and deployment activities.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and documentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Understanding of healthcare data privacy and security requirements.
• Required annual training: Cyber Security, HIPAA, and State Compliance Training.
