Data Scientist

      •     Develop and deploy machine learning models using Python

      •     Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling

      •     Utilize PySpark and Databricks for large-scale analytics

      •     Build data science workflows in secure government environments

      •     Conduct data exploration and feature engineering

      •     Present model findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders

      •     Support fraud detection, compliance analytics, or revenue analytics initiatives

 

Required Qualifications:

      •     5+ years of experience in Data Science

      •     Strong expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)

      •     Experience with PySpark and Databricks

      •     Strong statistical modeling background

      •     Experience working with large federal datasets

      •     Prior IRS experience strongly preferred

 

Preferred Qualifications:

      •     Experience with ML model deployment in cloud environments

      •     Knowledge of tax analytics or financial risk modeling

      •     Experience with NLP or anomaly detection models
