Position Overview
The Planet Group is looking for a Full Stack & Automation Specialist to join a well-known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract, working a hybrid schedule based out of Culver City, CA or Cupertino, CA.

Key Qualifications
You have:
• BA/BS or advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with a proven track record in technical process design and improvement
• Solid foundation in web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and expert proficiency in full-stack development methodologies, including REST API design, database integration, and containerization tools like Kubernetes
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Next.js
• Deep experience in data engineering, including designing scalable data models and architectures, and proficiency with Python, SQL, and data warehousing solutions like Snowflake
• Experience in creating UI interface for AI/LLM output
• Experience in enabling reporting and insight automation
Responsibilities
Online Services & Automation
• Experience in online services (SaaS) and are comfortable with subscription-based services at scale
• Enable automation to bring efficiency in software issue escalation and investigation (issue notification, diagnosis, status update/communication, etc)
Full Stack Development & Ownership
• Own end-to-end technical development in roadmap/scoping, API integration, data collection integrity, data pipeline management, process enhancements, and user tooling adoptions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Working with UI/UX designers, project managers, and stakeholders to translate design wireframes into functional code
Quality, Performance & Security
• Troubleshooting, testing, and debugging applications to fix bugs and ensure performance
• Ensuring the security, scalability, and speed of tooling applications
Education
• BA/BS or advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics
