Location: USA in remote with some travel

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Generative AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. This role will focus on building scalable GenAI architectures, driving AI strategy, and enabling business transformation through advanced AI/ML technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in large language models (LLMs), cloud platforms, and enterprise-grade AI solutioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions using LLMs and foundation models
• Lead the development of scalable AI/ML pipelines and frameworks
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate them into technical solutions
• Build and optimize applications leveraging tools like Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and fine-tune models for enterprise use cases
• Ensure responsible AI practices including governance, security, and compliance
• Guide engineering teams on best practices for AI architecture and implementation
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms
• Stay updated with emerging GenAI trends, tools, and technologies
• Travel occasionally for client meetings, workshops, or project implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in AI/ML or GenAI
• Strong experience with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, etc.) and prompt engineering
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
• Solid understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI governance, ethics, and model monitoring
• Familiarity with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI systems
• Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles
• Certifications in cloud or AI technologies
