Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong Capital Markets experience to work closely with business and technology teams in building and enhancing technical products from inception through ongoing maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, data analysis, workflow documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, data mapping, UAT, and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand business needs and opportunities.

Conduct stakeholder interviews and effectively elicit business requirements.

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Document current-state and future-state workflows.

Create user stories, acceptance criteria, data mappings, data flows, and UI wireframes.

Document business processes, procedures, and operating models.

Facilitate workshops and drive consensus across cross-functional teams.

Provide guidance to development teams and Product Owners on business requirements.

Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Create test cases and validate production completeness.

Prepare training and user-adoption materials.

Manage multiple project deliverables and timelines.

Work effectively in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.

Required Qualifications

12+ years of Business Analyst experience

Capital Markets / Financial Services experience strongly preferred

Bachelor''s degree required.

Strong experience with data querying, analysis, mapping, and documentation.

Strong SQL skills.

Advanced experience with Agile / Lean / Kanban methodologies.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving measurable results.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to translate business needs into customized technical solutions.

Strong experience facilitating workshops and decision-making sessions.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
