Job Role: Service Delivery Manager

Role Summary:
The Service Delivery Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, account expansion, and new logo acquisition for the BFSI Infrastructure Services practice across the NY/NJ/CT region. This role owns end to end business outcomes across a cluster of BFSI accounts, combining strategic sales leadership with deep infrastructure domain understanding and strong CXO relationships.
The incumbent will act as a growth owner, partnering with delivery, solutions, alliances, and leadership teams to build scalable, compliant, and differentiated infrastructure offerings for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance clients.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue Ownership
o Own P&L, revenue growth, and margin performance for the BFSI infrastructure cluster in the NY/NJ/CT region
o Drive annual, quarterly, and pipeline targets across run, transform, and new growth deals
o Identify, qualify, and convert large infrastructure managed services and transformation opportunities
o Lead new logo acquisition and white space mining within existing BFSI accounts
Client Relationship & CXO Engagement
o Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with BFSI CXOs (CIO, CTO, CISO, COO, Head of Infrastructure)
o Position the organization as a strategic infrastructure partner, not just a service provider
o Lead executive governance, account reviews, and strategic roadmap discussions
o Anticipate client needs around resilience, regulatory compliance, security, cost optimization, and modernization
Solutioning & Deal Leadership
o Shape and own end to end deal strategy for large and complex BFSI infrastructure opportunities
o Collaborate with solution architects and delivery leaders to design secure, compliant, and scalable solutions
o Lead RFP/RFI responses, commercial structuring, and contract negotiations
o Ensure alignment between sales commitments and delivery feasibility
Portfolio & Account Management
o Drive account mining, cross sell, and upsell across infrastructure towers:
- Data Center & Hybrid Cloud
- Workplace & End User Computing
- Network & Security
- ITSM, Automation, AIOps, Command Centers
o Identify transformation and annuity opportunities across steady state and change programs
o Ensure customer satisfaction, account stability, and long term growth sustainability
Market & Offering Development
o Contribute to BFSI specific infrastructure offerings aligned to regulatory and operational needs
o Track market trends across cloud, cyber resilience, automation, and AI led IT operations
o Partner with alliances and Hyperscalers to co create differentiated BFSI solutions
Leadership & Governance
o Lead and mentor business development, account, and solution teams
o Partner with delivery leadership to ensure seamless transition and steady state success
o Drive strong internal governance, risk management, and compliance adherence
Experience & Qualifications
o 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Services, BFSI preferred
o Proven track record of revenue growth, large deal closures, and account expansion
o Experience managing multi tower infrastructure portfolios in regulated environments
