Summary

Requirements
  • 8 or more years of experience in software architecture and technical leadership for large-scale systems.
  • Proficiency in child support enforcement systems and IV-D federal regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with SQL Server and technical architectural modeling using Visio.
  • Experience with Team Foundation Server and SharePoint for software development lifecycle management.
  • Experience in managing directory of new hire applications and integrated client portal platforms.
  • Experience with Requirements Traceability Matrices and oversight of external development contractors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead the functional architecture and technical design for state-level social service and enforcement platforms.
  • Direct the integration of new hire reporting tools with core automated enforcement engines.
  • Oversee external development contractors during requirements validation, design, and system testing phases.
  • Manage the requirements traceability process to ensure all software changes are strictly controlled.
  • Collaborate with business leads and subject matter experts to translate program needs into technical specs.
  • Develop technical reports and workflow diagrams to summarize system capabilities and performance trends.
  • Design and review test cases while managing project scope through rigorous requirement validation.
