  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), Microsoft Excel (complex spreadsheets), Salesforce, and Asana. Knowledge of Swoogo and RainFocus is a plus. Comfort leveraging AI tools to streamline event workflows, automate reporting, and improve operational efficiency is highly valued.
  • Project Management Excellence: Ability to multitask, prioritize competing deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Outstanding relationship management skills and a commitment to delivering world-class experiences to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Budget Management: Demonstrated experience managing event budgets, including forecasting, reconciliation, and variance reporting.
