THE WORK:- You'll work with T&S New Business Engineering Team to further clarify the scope of work based on the Conceptual Designs from Transmission Planning Organization and help develop high-level schedule for each portfolio of Transmission Projects associated Direct Connect and Network Upgrade projects.
- You'll work with T&S/category owner and Accounting to secure funding in Project & Construction Management Organization for all projects and develops initial project accounting.
- You'll take project through Phase 1/Conceptual Authorization.
- You'll work with PM Large Load Team and the Project Initiation Team to assign PM and/or help initiate RFP for PMOC.
- You'll work with T&S Engineering to put together bid package for Engineering Contractor RFP.
- You'll initiate requests for High Level Schedules and Order of Magnitude Estimates from Project Controls Team.
- You'll work with Lead Responsible Engineer and Engineering Contractor assigned to complete 10% design on T&S project until handoff to Execution Team.
- You'll work with initial Project Team and Project Initiation Team to make sure a risk matrix is developed and vetted based on the more developed scope through 10% design.
- You'll assure sign off of Stakeholder Register prior to Execution
- You'll act as a primary point of contact for implementation of the OT SGP-DA program.
- You'll represent client's interest in managing the financial, technical, scheduling, compliance, and risk management aspects of the program.
- You'll manage the initiation, planning, and control phases of the program, overseeing the project lifecycle from initiation into planning/development.
- You'll be accountable for all aspects of the project, including safety, assemblage of project documentation, and ensuring completion of close-out documentation.
- You'll assist with the overall management and coordination of the client's OT SGP and assess OT SGP Programs and supporting procedure documents on the Exelon Management Model.
- You'll assist with management of finances, cost control, schedule, and client relations while supporting the Principal Consultant on project budgets, team performance, and development of strategic plans.
- You'll support Work Management activities necessary to execute DA device remediation of existing devices.
- You'll assume greater responsibility for management of finances, cost control, schedule, environmental considerations, regulatory agency requirements, and public and client relations with guidance from the Principal Consultant.
- You'll support all aspects of the project, including safety, assemblage of project documentation, and ensuring completion of close-out documentation.
- You'll ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize project efficiency through strategic planning and execution.
- Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in electrical utilities project, engineering, or construction management
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:- PMP or be willing to obtain PMP within 24 months
- Knowledge and experience in underground electric distribution construction projects
- Previous supervisory experience and the ability to coordinate work scope with multiple work groups or contractors
- Knowledge of OSHA safety policies
- Knowledge of project management concepts and principles
- Experience administering large dollar projects
