Role: SAP Success Factor Compensation and Variable Pay Consultant

Location : Remote- Canada ( The client is based in Canada, You can work remotely from the USA, but you will need to work according to Canadian business hours)

An SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay Consultant configures, implements, and supports cloud-based total rewards and incentive programs for global organizations.

Key Requirement

10+ years working directly with SAP SuccessFactors, focusing heavily on compensation cycles.
Configure compensation templates, route maps, guidelines, budgets, and eligibility rules.
Build payout formulas, business goal mapping, and performance-related bonus schemes.
Connect compensation data with core modules like Employee Central (EC) and Performance & Goals (PMGM).
Run unit tests, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), fix configuration errors, and build compensation statements.
Lead workshops with HR leaders to align business rules with software capabilities.
Good to have Active certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
