Project: The Program Manager will lead end-to-end technology delivery across CIS transformation domains, ensuring alignment of SAP IS-U design and development with program objectives. This role provides leadership to matrixed teams, manages risks, and ensures quality and compliance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and guide matrixed delivery teams (internal, vendor, and contractors)
? Oversee SAP IS-U solution design across domains (Billing, FICA, Metering, etc.)
? Translate program milestones into actionable delivery plans
? Manage risks, issues, and escalations
? Ensure compliance with architectural standards and operational readiness
? Support cutover and hypercare planning
Required Qualifications:
? Bachelor?s degree in Technology or related field
? 7?10+ years in technology delivery or transformation programs
? Experience with SAP IS-U design and integration across multiple domains
? Proven leadership in large-scale implementations
? Strong understanding of delivery lifecycle and risk management
Preferred Qualifications:
? Prior leadership in SAP IS-U design and development oversight
? Experience guiding RICEFW development and integration testing
? CIS implementation experience
