Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Java Full Stack Architect with a strong background in enterprisescale application design, microservices architecture, and React.js frontend development. The ideal candidate brings deep handson expertise in Java, Spring ecosystem, cloud-native patterns, and modern UI frameworks, along with the ability to lead technical direction, mentor teams, and drive endtoend solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, highperformance enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Lead fullstack development initiatives with strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern UI patterns.
• Define architectural standards, best practices, coding guidelines, and reusable frameworks.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee system integration, API design, cloud deployment strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to architectural principles.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to improve system performance and developer productivity.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and guide rootcause analysis.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years of handson experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, RESTful services.
• 3+ years as a Solution Architect / Technical Architect in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI design.
• Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and API design.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, caching, and performance tuning.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
