SAP/OpenText DMS Migration Specialist

• We are seeking a skilled SAP professional with strong experience in Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, focusing on Accounts Payable (FI-AP), invoice automation, and testing.


• This role is a mix of functional SAP expertise, test execution, and test data preparation, supporting end-to-end invoice processing, payment validation, and system integrations. Experience with OpenText VIM is preferred but not mandatory for all scenarios.

• Develop and execute test scripts and scenarios for end-to-end I2P processes


• Support UAT and integration testing across SAP FI, MM, and invoice automation tools


• Create and manage test data, including XML/cXML and PDF invoices


• Validate invoice processing workflows, including PO and non-PO invoices


• Perform invoice matching (MM-LIV) and ensure accurate posting in SAP FI-AP


• Support payment processing and validation (e.g., payment runs, banking integration)


• Work with invoice automation tools like OpenText VIM for invoice capture, OCR, and workflow approvals


• Identify, log, and track defects; collaborate with technical teams for resolution


• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements (VAT, regional compliance)


• Assist in documentation and training material development

• Strong experience in SAP FI-AP (Accounts Payable)


• Hands-on knowledge of Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes


• Experience with MM-LIV (Logistics Invoice Verification)


• Exposure to testing/UAT, test scripts, and test data preparation


• Basic to intermediate experience with OpenText VIM or similar invoice automation tools


• Experience with payment processing and bank integrations


• Familiarity with S/4HANA environments


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
