Description

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer for our agency client in the Atlanta Area. This is a direct hire position. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting innovative and visually engaging designs across various platforms, including print and digital media. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to creative projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and refine your expertise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality designs for branding, digital campaigns, social media, and print materials that align with project objectives.

Collaborate with team members during brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts and strategies.

Work closely with developers, copywriters, and strategists to execute integrated campaigns and website designs.

Present design concepts to clients, explaining your creative approach and integrating feedback into final deliverables.

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, fostering cohesive and impactful brand identities.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining deadlines and delivering exceptional results.

Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance your creative output.

Contribute to the development of intuitive user interfaces, including wireframes and visual systems for websites and applications.

Mentor entry-level team members, sharing insights and supporting their growth.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within an agency or high-volume setting.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and UX/UI tools such as Figma.
A strong portfolio showcasing work across branding, digital media, and marketing collateral.
In-depth knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Experience collaborating on web and UX/UI projects with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
Proven ability to work independently while aligning with team goals and creative direction.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
