Senior UX Designer

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Onsite)

Role Overview

Our organization is seeking a Senior UX Designer to create intuitive and effective digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end user journeys that align customer needs with business objectives, marketing goals, accessibility standards, and technical specifications. This role involves defining content structures that enhance discoverability, search performance, and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design comprehensive digital experiences, including user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Develop intuitive experiences that balance customer needs, business goals, marketing objectives, and technical requirements.
  • Define content hierarchy and page structures to improve discoverability, SEO performance, and customer engagement.
  • Apply SEO and AI Optimization (AIO) best practices to enhance content performance and search visibility.
  • Utilize analytics, user behavior data, and customer insights to inform design recommendations.
  • Support implementation efforts and collaborate with development teams to ensure design quality.
Required Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Proven experience in UX Design, Product Design, Experience Design, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates UX strategy, visual design, and information architecture.
  • Experience designing websites, digital storefronts, or other customer-facing digital products.
  • Understanding of content strategy, customer journeys, conversion optimization, SEO, and AI-driven search.
  • Experience using analytics and customer insights to inform design decisions.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Experience working within Agile teams and cross-functional environments.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Experience partnering with digital marketing, acquisition, content strategy, or SEO teams.
  • Experience working within enterprise design systems and component-based frameworks.
  • Experience in financial services, healthcare, insurance, or other complex regulated industries.
