Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise ServiceNow and Applied AI implementations. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end program delivery, client relationships, cross-functional teams, AI implementation, and production releases.
Mandatory Skills
  • 12+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience.
  • 5+ years managing ServiceNow implementation programs.
  • 3+ years delivering AI/ML or intelligent workflow solutions.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or ITOM.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and release management.
  • Experience managing enterprise clients and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management, budgeting, resource planning, and governance.
  • Experience managing end-to-end implementations and production go-lives.
Preferred Skills
  • ServiceNow Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, AI Control Tower, and Virtual Agent.
  • Experience with ServiceNow SPM, Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Project.
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Scrum certifications.
  • Experience in healthcare, banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow Applied AI program delivery.
  • Manage client stakeholders and executive communications.
  • Drive project timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate architects, developers, engineers, and business teams.
  • Manage AI governance, security, risks, and production releases.
  • Track adoption, business outcomes, and continuous improvements.
Important: Candidates must have strong ServiceNow program management experience along with hands-on exposure to enterprise AI delivery. Both are critical requirements.
