About Our ClientA company in the FMCG industry located in Swedesboro.
Job Description- Manage and maintain the ERP system to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with departments to identify system requirements and implement solutions.
- Develop and execute system testing to verify functionality and accuracy.
- Provide end-user support and training to maximize system utilization.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, implementing timely resolutions.
- Document processes, configurations, and system changes for reference and compliance.
- Assist in the integration of third-party applications with the ERP system.
- Work with external vendors to address technical needs and upgrades.

The Successful ApplicantA successful ERP Systems Analyst should have:
- Experience with ERP systems in a professional setting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in documenting system processes and configurations.
- Excellent communication skills for user support and training.
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry is a plus.
