Need to have Teamcenter configuration and customization knowledge, They need to have T4EA. T4O experience
If not, validate candidate’s appetite to scale up and learn. Atleast 1 of T4EA. T4O is a must
Domain knowledge: IP, Networking and management and have HW/SW/ modules in Teamcenter
They will be speaking to business. Hence more domain centricity is preferred
Strong communication skills and have acumen to speak to business sand convert them to requirement
Steer the business team towards OOTB functionality and do business process mapping
