Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Salesforce Health Cloud Product Owner to drive product roadmap initiatives and manage cross-functional stakeholders to deliver maximum business value. This role will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing priorities, and ensuring alignment with business SLAs, customer expectations, and enterprise healthcare objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Product Management, Salesforce Health Cloud, healthcare payer systems, Agile delivery, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy, vision, roadmap planning, and execution for Salesforce Health Cloud initiatives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to prioritize strategic initiatives and maximize business value
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through delivery and release
- Own and prioritize product backlog, epics, features, and user stories aligned with business objectives
- Lead Salesforce Health Cloud implementation, enhancement, integration, or modernization initiatives
- Partner with engineering, architecture, and business teams to ensure successful delivery of technical solutions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and development teams
- Support cloud modernization, application migration, and digital transformation initiatives
- Drive Agile best practices, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management processes
- Monitor delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes
- Ensure products meet business SLAs, operational expectations, and end-user requirements
- Support stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and strategic planning discussions
- Mentor and coach product teams, business analysts, and Agile team members
- Collaborate with teams supporting healthcare payer platforms, enterprise integrations, and digital health solutions
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software development or enterprise software delivery
- Demonstrated success delivering software through multiple releases across full product lifecycle
- 5+ years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager
- Strong experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and product execution
- 2+ years of experience working on Salesforce Health Cloud initiatives
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud implementation, enterprise integration, or platform upgrades
- 5+ years of experience building and managing technical product teams using Agile frameworks
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare payer domain
- 3+ years of experience coaching, mentoring, or leading Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Scrum Masters
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- General understanding of software engineering, cloud platforms, and modern application architecture
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and enterprise technology trends
- Experience supporting application modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale healthcare enterprise platforms
- Experience with cloud transformation and modernization programs
- Experience working in highly regulated healthcare environments
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations and workflows
- Experience with enterprise integrations and API-driven architectures
- Experience leading complex cross-functional product teams
