Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior React Developer with strong Financial Services domain experience to develop and support modern web applications. Candidates with Wealth Management or Annuities experience are highly preferred. Candidates with Banking or Financial Services background will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead development of high-quality web applications using ReactJS
Implement state management using Redux or Context API
Convert Figma designs into responsive UI components
Ensure ADA accessibility compliance
Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability
Work with REST APIs and asynchronous request handling
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance
Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments

Required Skills:

9+ years of software development experience
Strong experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Experience with Redux / Context API
Strong understanding of Figma or similar design tools
Experience with responsive and adaptive UI development
Experience with Git version control
Knowledge of REST APIs
Experience with Webpack / Vite build tools
Understanding of ADA accessibility standards
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with cloud native environments

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Angular or Vue.js
Java / Spring knowledge is a plus
Experience with Jest / Mocha testing frameworks
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques
Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams

Domain Experience:

Wealth Management (Preferred)
Annuities (Preferred)
Banking / Financial Services (Acceptable)
