QE Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a QE Coordinator to support a highly visible enterprise transformation initiative. This individual will serve as the central coordination point for testing activities, ensuring all testing efforts, defects, risks, and project status updates are accurately documented and communicated across multiple teams. This position is a contract with opportunity to extend or convert at a later time, and can sit anywhere in Texas.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Prior QE Lead, QE III, Test Lead, or Test Coordinator experience
* Strong experience coordinating testing efforts across multiple teams
* Experience with waterfall or hybrid software delivery methodologies
* Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
* Experience managing large defect lifecycles and defect reporting
* Proven ability to facilitate status meetings, escalations, and stakeholder communications
* Experience with JIRA, qTest, Azure DevOps, or similar testing tools preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
