Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Python Engineer with expertise in React to lead the development of our full-stack web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python backend development, React frontend development, and team leadership. You will play a key role in architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using Python (Django, Flask, or other frameworks) and React.js.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable backend systems and integrate them with React-based frontends.
• Mentor and lead a team of developers, ensuring best practices, code quality, and timely delivery.
• Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support frontend applications.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Python developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Extensive experience with React.js and modern frontend development tools.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best coding practices.
• Experience with database systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of other frontend frameworks and tools such as Redux, TypeScript, or Next.js.
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
