Senior Manual Tester

Location: Remote (EST time zone candidates preferred)

 

 

Job Description:

Skills: Manual Testing, API Testing, 2-3 years of Practice Management/Hospital Management System experience.

Lead Manual Tester

Experience Level

• Minimum: 10+ years in software testing and automation

• Relevant SME Experience: 5–7 years Manual testing with healthcare

• Preferred: 2–3 years in Practice Management(hospital management system) and managing test strategy and delivery

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing of Healthcare domain

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)

• Solid understanding of STLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

• Experience in leading small teams and managing test deliverables

• API testing experience using RestAssured or Postman

Good to Have Skills

• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling)

• Familiarity with cloud-based test execution platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)

• ISTQB or equivalent certification
