Job Title: System Administrator – VMware / Hardware Infrastructure

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced System Administrator with strong expertise in VMware virtualization and enterprise hardware infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting and maintaining VMware environments, UCS/Cisco/HPE infrastructure, and Verge I/O platforms in a production environment.

Experience: 10-12 years

Required Skills:

Strong experience with VMware administration and virtualization technologies
Hands-on experience with UCS, Cisco, and HPE hardware infrastructure
Experience working with Verge I/O platforms
Server installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Infrastructure monitoring, performance tuning, and system upgrades
Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and high availability environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

Administer and support VMware infrastructure and virtual environments
Manage Cisco UCS and HPE hardware systems
Monitor system health, performance, and security
Perform system upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities
Troubleshoot infrastructure and hardware-related issues
Support high availability and disaster recovery initiatives
Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure system reliability

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in enterprise data center environments
Knowledge of storage, networking, and virtualization best practices
Excellent communication and documentation skills
