Position: IT Project Manager

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6+months C2H (Contract to Hire) or Full-Time

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with Client to lead ERP-related initiatives for a growing enterprise organization. This individual will support the expansion of an in-house client program while working closely with an established third-party support partner. The ideal candidate combines strong project management experience with a solid understanding of ERP applications, particularly JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and related business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage JD client projects, enhancements, upgrades, and support initiatives.
Oversee full project lifecycles including planning, budgeting, resource coordination, execution, risk management, and project delivery.
Partner with business stakeholders across Accounting, Purchasing, and Warranty functions to gather requirements and drive successful outcomes.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party support partners to ensure project alignment and execution.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and executive-level status reporting.
Facilitate change management activities and ensure successful user adoption of system enhancements.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between business and technical teams using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation strategies while maintaining stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of IT Project Management experience leading enterprise software or ERP-related initiatives.
Experience managing JD client projects, implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.
Strong understanding of ERP business processes and enterprise application environments.
Experience working with Accounting, Purchasing, and/or Warranty modules.
Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, vendors, risks, and executive communications.
Experience leading cross-functional teams across both technical and business functions.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
