The Veeva Safety Functional & Solution Analyst is responsible for translating business requirements into effective Veeva Safety solutions while ensuring alignment with platform capabilities and organizational needs. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality solutions, minimizing rework, and ensuring seamless collaboration between business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Veeva Safety Expertise: Leverage deep experience in Veeva Safety, including configuration and platform capabilities, to design efficient and scalable solutions.
· Requirements Translation & Solution Design: Convert business requirements into detailed functional and solution specifications within Veeva Safety. Perform impact analysis on existing configurations and system dependencies to ensure solution feasibility and integrity.
· Collaboration & Delivery Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Project Managers, Business Analysts, Vault Developers, Testers, and business stakeholders (e.g., Biogen team). Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
· Quality Assurance & Optimization: Contribute to high-quality IT delivery by minimizing gaps between requirements and development outputs. Reduce defects, rework, and multiple testing cycles by ensuring accurate and complete solution definition.
· Stakeholder Communication: Demonstrate strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability
to clearly articulate solution options, trade-offs, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
