Technical Support Engineer (L1)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong Python coding skills (ability to read, run, and debug scripts)
Experience in L1 technical or application support
Ability to troubleshoot issues using logs, scripts, and basic system tools
Understanding of Linux/Unix environments and command-line usage
Basic knowledge of networking, databases, or cloud platforms is a plus
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Willingness to work in shifts/on-call rotation if required

Nice to Have

Exposure to monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, etc.)
Familiarity with CI/CD or automation scripts
Basic SQL knowledge for data checks
Experience supporting production systems
