Summary

Supply Demand Planner
Our client, a leading global technology company, is seeking a Supply/Demand Planner to support their Services Supply Chain team. This role will focus on ensuring inventory availability for global service operations within a major hardware product line.
The planner will analyze demand signals, inventory levels, and supply availability to develop weekly supply plans that ensure service demand is met while maintaining operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze weekly supply and demand signals to develop and maintain supply plans that support global service operations
  • Review actuals vs forecasts to identify supply risks, demand shifts, and inventory gaps
  • Build and publish weekly supply plans to ensure inventory availability across global operations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, logistics, and supply chain partners to secure capacity and materials
  • Coordinate with global stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and AMR regions to ensure alignment on supply plans and operational readiness
  • Create reports and dashboards to communicate supply outlooks, risks, and planning insights to leadership
  • Merge and analyze data from multiple sources to support ad hoc supply chain analysis and decision making
Required Skills
  • Experience in supply planning, demand planning, or inventory planning
  • Strong analytical experience working with large datasets
  • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
  • Experience building Tableau dashboards or data visualizations
  • Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to support planning decisions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional global teams
Nice to Have
  • Experience with reverse supply chains (repairs, returns, refurbishment)
  • Exposure to SQL or SAP
  • Experience working in global supply chain environments

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid - onsite Tuesday through Thursday)
