Our client, an enterprise AI B2B software startup, is seeking Enterprise Account Executives to join its rapidly scaling team.
This is a high-impact role for a driven, curious, and high-intensity seller who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to play a key role in US expansion. You'll own complex enterprise deals end-to-end and help drive revenue growth in a critical phase of the company's journey.
What you'll do:
- Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees), from prospecting through close
- Manage a pipeline with a strong outbound focus (70% outbound / 30% inbound)
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles, engaging HR, TA leaders, and C-suite executives
- Clearly articulate the product's value, demonstrating deep understanding of customer pain points in recruiting and talent workflows
- Partner closely with the CEO and GTM team (BDRs, enablement) to shape and execute US sales strategy
What they're looking for:
- 8–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Proven track record of closing six-figure+ enterprise deals
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-threaded stakeholder environments
- Background in selling AI-native products is required
- Experience at high-growth startups (Series A-C), ideally during rapid scaling phases
- High energy, rigor, curiosity, and a strong desire to win
