Hybrid Onsite 5 days/week, alternating weeks in Manchester,, NH

The organization seeks a Full Stack Engineer to build and support web applications for wealth solutions. The role will contribute across the stack using Angular, TypeScript, NodeJS, REST, and Java in an agile environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features from concept to deployment, promote strong engineering practices, and troubleshoot production issues. This position requires effective communication with business partners and consistent learning of modern tools and frameworks.

Rate: $50.00 to $60.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Build, test, and engineer modern web applications with Angular, NodeJS, REST, and Java.
  • Gain understanding of all web application components and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Define and implement engineering solutions in collaboration with technology teams.
  • Help in design, build, and support mission-critical enterprise applications.
  • Work directly with business and product teams to define product solutions.
  • Promote good engineering practices and standards.
  • Navigate new technologies and cloud-based deployments to deliver business value.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing using open-source frameworks.
  • Lead process and technology improvement initiatives proactively.
  • Stay current on engineering trends and bring applicable practices to the team.
  • Understand and execute on leadership vision.
  • Strengthen a culture of innovation by setting examples.
  • Find creative ways to deliver outcomes with quality.
  • Champion best-in-class software engineering practices.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity.
  • Take ownership and accountability for outcomes.

Experience Requirements:
  • 3+ years with modern MV*/SPA frameworks and tooling, including Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, and RxJS.
  • 3+ years in API design and development with microservices architecture using Java, REST, NodeJS, and Swagger.
  • 3+ years building responsive and progressive modern web applications.
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, and RestAssured, including unit, integration, and functional tests.
  • Test Driven Development advocacy with unit testing using Jest and Jasmine.
  • Hands-on CI/CD experience with Jenkins, Artifactory, uDeploy, and GitHub.
  • Ability to troubleshoot production issues using tools such as Splunk and Datadog.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proven technical design, development, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for continuous learning of new technologies and frameworks.
  • Angular/TypeScript proficiency.
  • NodeJS for API integration.
  • Some Java API development experience (preferred).
  • Solid communication skills for interaction with business partners.

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering.
