In this role, you will build intelligent search systems that deeply understand user intent and context to return highly relevant, accurate, and personalized responses. You will develop and deploy machine learning models to shape how users find relevant content or answers, driving better experiences and higher satisfaction!

We are looking for people with excellent applied machine learning experience and solid engineering skills in creating outstanding intelligent search experiences. \n\nThis role will have the following responsibilities:\n\n- Analyze search ranking and relevance requirements, issues and opportunities\n- Identify areas of improvement in our search pipeline and lead projects from research to production.\n- Design, train, and deploy machine learning models to improve search relevance and ranking.\n- Define evaluation metrics and benchmarks for search quality.\n- Collaborate with multi-functional teams including: product, design, and data engineering.\n- Find opportunity and partner with various product teams across the company to apply search technology to new product areas and use cases.
Bachelors in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field\n5+ years of industry or academia experience in machine learning, with a focus on search, NLP, or recommender systems\nStrong programming skills in C/C++ or Python, and experience with ML frameworks\nProficient understanding of search algorithms and familiarity with evaluation metrics for search and information retrieval\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills
Advance degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field\nFamiliarity with NLP/ML tools and packages like Jax,TensorFlow, pyTorch, etc.\nExperience working with transformer-based models (e.g., BERT, T5) in a search context\nPrior industry experience on personal search systems\nAbility to quickly prototype ideas / solutions, perform critical analysis, and use creative approaches for solving complex problems
