Job Description (JD):
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Risk & Regulatory Reporting, SAFe/Agile methodologies, and Project Management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Business Analyst within finance regulatory reporting environments and will be responsible for facilitating Agile delivery, removing impediments, managing stakeholder communication, and driving successful project execution.
Required Skills
· Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile development projects.
· Prior experience as a Business Analyst in Finance Regulatory Reporting.
· Strong understanding of Risk Reporting and Regulatory Reporting.
· Experience leading Agile ceremonies and Sprint Planning for at least 3 years.
· Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, SDLC, and SAFe methodologies.
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
· Ability to analyse problems, assess risks, and develop effective solutions.
· Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
· Strong project management experience.
