Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP UAT Lead / Functional Consultant – L1 to support large-scale SAP testing and business validation initiatives for enterprise transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) management, and stakeholder coordination within fast-paced business environments.

This is a business-side functional opening where the consultant will work closely with client teams, business users, developers, and support teams to establish testing strategies, govern UAT processes, monitor execution, and ensure successful delivery of SAP projects.

Candidates currently working with Apple environments are highly preferred. Former Apple consultants are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across business functions
• Define and implement UAT strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test execution processes
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams for testing alignment
• Govern testing standards, monitor defect lifecycle, and track project progress
• Develop, review, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and validation documentation
• Conduct status meetings, stakeholder discussions, and issue resolution sessions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve testing defects
• Coordinate validation activities with backend systems, third-party vendors, and support teams
• Ensure quality assurance methodologies and testing governance are consistently followed
• Support training material creation and end-user testing enablement when required

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Skills

• Strong SAP Testing and UAT Management experience
• Hands-on experience in:
  • SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
  • SAP Materials Management (MM)
  • SAP Service Management (SM)
  • SAP Logistics Execution (LE)
  • SAP Financial Accounting (FI)
• At least one core module expertise required:
  • SAP SD
  • SAP MM
  • SAP SM
• Strong experience in:
  • Test Strategy creation
  • Test Planning
  • Test Case development and execution
  • Manual functional testing
  • QA methodologies and processes
• Experience leading UAT teams and managing business-side testing activities
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced and dynamic environments
• Retail or Online Store business background preferred
• Working knowledge of HP Quality Center / ALM tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on SAP S/4 HANA migration projects
• PMP Certification preferred
• Experience in training documentation and end-user enablement
• Strong project management and risk management capabilities
• Experience coordinating with business partners and enterprise technology teams

• SAP Functional / Testing experience with 4–5 years in Team Lead or Managerial capacity
