Position: Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Consultant Location: Remote

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced OFSC Consultant with strong B2B service operations expertise to support a field service transformation initiative. This role requires hands-on implementation, configuration, and integration experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead/support OFSC implementation and configuration for B2B service operations
• Configure Activities, Resources, Routing, Quota, Capacity, and Business Rules
• Integrate OFSC with Oracle Service Cloud, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Design workflow automation and custom integrations
• Conduct workshops, UAT sessions, and user training
• Provide post-go-live technical and functional support
• Create design documents, architecture diagrams, and configuration guides

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with OFSC implementations
• B2B service domain expertise (scheduling, dispatching, workforce management)
• Experience integrating with Oracle CX / ERP modules (Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Fusion, EBS)
• REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, data mapping
• Strong knowledge of routing logic, capacity management, and field service KPIs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
