Descriptions & requirementsAbout the role: As a Data Scientist, you'll design, build, and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning solutions that directly support business decision-making. You'll own projects end-to-end-from problem definition through production deployment-while ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and impactful.

What you'll be doing: - Developing and deploying predictive, prescriptive, and inferential models
- Translating ambiguous business problems into analytical solutions
- Building and maintaining Python-based ML pipelines in cloud environments
- Working with structured and unstructured data
- Monitoring model performance and data drift
- Improving shared tools, frameworks, and best practices
- Communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders
What you'll need: - Advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of professional data science or machine learning experience
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries
- Experience with cloud platforms and scalable data systems
- Familiarity with multiple modeling techniques
- Strong communication skills
