Cloud DevSecOps Search Engineer

Job Title: Cloud DevSecOps Search Engineer (F2F Near client location )

Experience: 10+ Years with Public Trust Clearance

Location: Remote (USA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Cloud DevSecOps Search Engineer with strong expertise in AWS cloud-native architecture, search technologies, and DevSecOps practices. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and modernizing scalable search infrastructure while driving automation and innovation across cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain search infrastructure including SOLR/Zookeeper, indexing, and analytics
• Collaborate with Agile teams for search integration and reporting requirements
• Build and deploy CI/CD pipelines with DevSecOps best practices
• Develop infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation (IaC)
• Implement automation using Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures
• Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective search solutions
• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives for search platforms
• Develop prototypes, PoCs, and innovative solutions in AWS environments
• Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across systems
• Document reusable code, SOPs, and automation processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in Cloud, DevSecOps, and Search technologies
• Strong experience with AWS (S3, Redshift, SageMaker), Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Expertise in SOLR/Zookeeper and search platforms (OpenSearch preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, SonarQube
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, Terraform
• Experience building automated secure pipelines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance (US requirement)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Drupal CMS
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Rally tool preferred)
