Duties

What you ll do:

• Lead end-to-end projects: Define the problem, build the work plan, gather and synthesize data, run analyses, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Drive operational excellence: set clear expectations, align stakeholders, and ensure consistent followthrough. Help drive visibility into progress through OKR reviews and support change through account planning + segmentation.
• Influence crossfunctional partners (e.g., Partnerships, Programming & Originals, Finance, Analytics, Program Management) to execute priorities and deliver results.
• Support strategy and planning efforts; shape and operationalize the Strategy & Operations roadmap and support broader strategic and annual planning efforts.

What we re looking for:

• 7+ years in strategy and operations within fastpaced, analytical environments (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, tech/media).
• Experience working in strategy & operations / business operations, with the content + creator ecosystem required.
• Handson experience with operating cadences including OKR reviews and account planning + segmentation.
• Strong analytical rigor and structured problem solving; able to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Proven track record independently driving projects end to end, working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills; adept at influencing and presenting to stakeholders
• Comfort managing multiple priorities and delivering with minimal oversight.
• Ability to independently query and analyze data using SQL required, Salesforce knowledge strongly preferred.
• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, statistics, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• This is a contract position at company. As such, the contractor who fills this role will be employed either by our staffing partner (Magnit) or by an agency partner, and not an employee of company.
• All interviews will be scheduled and/or conducted by the company assignment manager. When a finalist has been selected, Magnit or the agency partner will extend the offer and provide assignment details including duration, benefits options and onboarding details.
