Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Project Manager to lead innovation initiatives focused on Digital Business Process Transformation This role offers an exciting opportunity for a high-potential professional to grow their project management expertise while driving measurable, bottom-line impact through automation, efficiency improvements, and technology-enabled change. The successful candidate will manage multiple, concurrent initiatives and work across a matrixed organization to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions. This role requires strong execution discipline, comfort operating in ambiguity, and a passion for continuous improvement, ownership, and accountability.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver multiple digital transformation and process improvement initiatives in parallel, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial impact
* Drive process automation, efficiency improvements, and value realization, including cost savings and productivity gains
* Collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, IT, Finance, Quality, and Commercial teams
* Plan, manage, and track project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
* Identify process improvement opportunities and translate them into actionable digital or automation solutions
* Ensure successful implementation, adoption, and sustainment of digital solutions, including change management and stakeholder engagement
* Apply Agile ways of working, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and enabling predictable delivery
* Support proof-of-concept development and rapid experimentation to validate business value before scaling
REQUIREMENTS:
* Deep expertise in Agile project management, with formal Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent) or equivalent senior-level experience leading Agile teams in complex, matrixed organizations
* Strong command of Scrum frameworks, servant leadership, and Agile coaching, enabling continuous improvement and reliable execution
* Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects focused on digital transformation, process improvement, or automation
* Ability to rapidly prototype solutions using AI-assisted development workflows (prompt-to-code), translating ambiguous business needs into working proof-of-concepts and validating quality through review and testing
* Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive mindset with a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, change management, ownership, and accountability
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business, Technology Management, or Digital Transformation
* Certifications in Project Management, Lean, or Six Sigma
* 5+ years of experience in the Energy sector, with the ability to serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams
* Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, and other modern database or enterprise platforms
* Experience with ERP migrations, organizational change management, or large-scale transformation programs
* Working knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx), AI concepts, SharePoint, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
