What You\'ll Do
We\'re seeking experienced Electrical Foremen to lead commercial electrical projects and field crews throughout South Carolina. In this role, you\'ll oversee day-to-day job site operations while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and directing electrical crews on commercial job sites
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and project plans
- Coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment needs
- Establishing and tracking project benchmarks and schedules
- Communicating project progress, challenges, and resource needs with project management
- Supporting inspections and maintaining compliance requirements
- Promoting a strong safety culture and positive team environment
- Ensuring work is completed according to project specifications and timelines
Qualifications
- Commercial electrical installation experience
- Previous foreman or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, crews, and project priorities
- Experience with inspections and working with inspectors is a plus
- Trade certifications are beneficial but not required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb, crawl, and work in active construction environments
Additional Requirements
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening
